This project features a new retail design for a location on Aurora Avenue in Everett, Washington. Previously the site contained a poorly planned and dilapidated stud-framed structure. Our design consisted of a more efficient site plan strategy and a new building design curtailed to the needs of the retail establishment. The new floor plan layout has a clear diagram that separates the clear-span retail space from the back-of-house office and storage needs.
