With the best view of the Olympic Mountains from the original garage door, this mid-century house had a poor layout but great remodel potential. The extensive remodel undertaken included regrading the front yard to move the garage to the daylight basement level, significantly opening up the spaces on the main floor, and adding a new three bedroom upper level. The combination of clapboard siding and blond wood panels on the exterior make this house a friendly neighbor with a fresh contemporary flair.
