This project consisted of the remodel and reconfiguration of a manufacturing business in Seattle, Washington. Our responsibilities included plan alterations, window replacement, and a new facade design. The design worked within the rigors of the exiting 8′ modernist, structural rhythm to incorporate 10′ office spaces. This was achieved through carefully a designed window mullion layout which alternates in accordance to the interior wall placement.
