We worked with Winward Contracting to design a complete home remodel for what was a rundown, bankrupt property. The new house features a reworked ground floor plan and added second floor all resting on the preexisting foundation. The main level is now a light filled, open floor plan, that contains a unique cabinetry screen and double height entry hall. The second floor addition has three large bedrooms, including a generous master suite. The completed house received very positive buyer feedback and it sold quickly despite the depressed real estate market in 2008.
